Dear Candidate,

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Operations to manage multiple sites in Facility Management / Integrated Facility Management (IFM).

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end facility operations across multiple client sites, including housekeeping, technical maintenance, pantry, front office, landscaping, and other facility services.
- Ensure service delivery in line with contractual requirements, SLAs, KPIs, and company standards.
- Manage client relationships, conduct operational reviews, and resolve client complaints and escalations.
- Lead Facility Managers, Assistant Facility Managers, supervisors, technicians, and frontline teams.
- Plan manpower deployment, recruitment, training, attendance, and employee performance.
- Monitor operational budgets, manpower costs, vendor expenses, and contract profitability.
- Ensure statutory compliance, workplace safety, quality standards, and audit readiness.
- Manage vendor performance, procurement coordination, and operational resources.
- Prepare and review operational MIS reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support new site mobilization, contract retention,



and business growth opportunities.

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience:

- 8–12 years of experience in Facility Management / IFM / Operations.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or multi-site operations role.
- Experience in managing large teams, client relationships, budgets, and service delivery is preferred.
