Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
- Oversee profit & loss (P&L;) management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion.
- Lead people management initiatives to improve employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of quality assurance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-15 years of experience in Business Operations or related field.
- B.Tech degree in Electrical Electronics or mechanical.




- Proven track record of success in managing P&L; responsibilities with a robust understanding of finance principles.
- Excellent People Management Skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
