We are hiring Graduate Freshers for AR Follow Up role in a US Healthcare Voice / Blended process.

The candidate will be responsible for following up with US healthcare clients/insurance companies regarding outstanding accounts receivable and ensuring timely resolution of pending payments.

Role & responsibilities

Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-Up activities for US healthcare clients.

Follow up with insurance companies/payors regarding outstanding medical claims and payments.

Review claim and account information to identify pending or unpaid claims.

Contact insurance payors through appropriate channels to check claim/payment status.

Identify reasons for claim denials, delays, underpayments, or non-payment.

Maintain accurate records of follow-up activities and account status.

Work on assigned accounts and meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.

Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all follow-up actions.

Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Communicate professionally with US-based clients/payors as required.





Preferred candidate profile

Graduate from a recognized university/institution.

Freshers are eligible to apply.

B.E./B.Tech candidates are NOT eligible.

Good communication skills, particularly in English.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work in a fixed night shift.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a process-driven B2B environment.

Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
