Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior for a Business Development Executive (BDE) and HR Recruiter. The role involves identifying and engaging potential corporate clients, promoting CertED Technologies’ services, and building long-term business relationships. Daily responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing end-to-end recruitment for fresher and experienced hiring, and maintaining recruitment databases.





The BDE and HR Recruiter will collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing and training needs, prepare proposals, and support client onboarding. The role also requires regular follow-ups with clients and candidates, contributing to both business growth and talent acquisition outcomes.

Qualifications

- Business development skills, including lead generation, client outreach, and relationship management.
- HR recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present services clearly and professionally.
- Basic understanding of IT, training, and staffing services, with interest in domains such as software development, data science, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools, recruitment platforms, and CRM or HRMS software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, management, or a related field; relevant experience in BDE or recruitment is an advantage.
- Comfortable working on-site in Gwalior and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
