Role & responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates effectively.

- Bulk & Freshers Sourcing: Drive high-volume talent pipelines using job portals (Naukri, Indeed,linked in), social media, campus drives, and employee referrals.

- Leadership & Lateral Hiring: Source, screen, and successfully close mid-to-senior level leadership positions and critical lateral roles, managing stakeholder expectations and complex salary negotiations alongside volume hiring targets.

- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial telephonic and face-to-face interviews to evaluate communication skills, attitude, and role alignment.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate closely with hiring managers to align interview slots and ensure a seamless selection process.

- Data Management:



Maintain real-time recruitment trackers and database updates to report daily hiring metrics to leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 1+ years of experience in high-volume, bulk, fresher recruitment ,leadership and lateral hiring. (Talented candidates with excellent communication skills are also welcome).

- Industry Focus: Prior experience in bulk hiring across any domain or vertical is highly valued;

experience in Healthcare, Medical Billing, RCM, or International BPO hiring is simply a preferred advantage but not mandatory.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with robust interpersonal abilities to handle heavy candidate outreach.

- Execution: Strong multitasking abilities, a target-driven mindset, and the capability to work under pressure to close bulk positions quickly.
