Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Production Helper to support our printing and finishing team. The person will assist with machine operations, product assembly and packing, so that orders are completed on time and to a good standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Load paper and other materials into printing machines
- Give print support to operators, such as handling printed sheets, sorting and checking output
- Fix magnets on printed products (fridge magnets and similar items)
- Assemble and prepare memento sets (trophies, plaques, gift sets, etc.)
- Pack finished products carefully so they are ready for dispatch or customer pickup
- Check products for defects and report any wastage or damage to the supervisor
- Keep the work area,



machines and materials clean and organised
- Follow safety guidelines when working around machines
- Do any other production tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

- Minimum SSLC / Plus Two
- Prior experience in a printing press, gift shop or packing unit is an advantage, but freshers are welcome
- Valuable attention to detail and neat handwork
- Willingness to learn machine handling
- Punctual, honest and a good team player
- Basic Malayalam; basic English is an advantage
