Role Description The Healthcare Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring healthcare support staff and service providers who can deliver care-focused travel experiences, particularly for elderly guests and travelers requiring special assistance. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing job postings, conducting interviews, coordinating with internal teams to understand staffing needs, and maintaining candidate pipelines.
