We conduct PULSE workshop for Nursing staff/ students , RMOs, who lack knowledge/skills/confidence.
We teach them basics of medical practice, basic procedures, significant procedures preparations , safety methods and everything related to ward/ICU as per course selection. This course will enable them safely manage patient, perform procedures , things to inform to a doctor, Self safety etc. This will not only improve confidance but also salary of Nursing staff/RMOs.
