Key Responsibilities

As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with their daily routines and personal care needs. Responsibilities include:

- Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, showering, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Medication Support: Prompting and assisting clients with taking prescribed medications in accordance with care plans.
- Companionship & Emotional Support: Engaging in conversation, accompanying clients on walks or appointments, and providing meaningful social interaction to combat loneliness.
- Mobility Support: Helping clients safely transfer, move around their homes, or use mobility aids.
- Monitoring & Reporting:



Observing any changes in a client's physical or mental well-being and accurately reporting them to management or family members

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Previous experience as a Caregiver, Healthcare Assistant, or Support Worker is preferred, but full training can be provided for compassionate candidates new to the sector.
- Empathy & Compassion: A genuine passion for helping others and improving the daily lives of vulnerable individuals.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and adaptable with scheduling.
- Transportation: A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is preferred (for community/traveling care roles).
- Background Check: Must be willing to undergo a satisfactory criminal background check (DBS/Police check as applicable).

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
