Job Purpose:-

To support the ongoing transformation of digital health data management and EHR system capability. The role will support implementation of clinical data analytics frameworks, lead the EHR (coaching tool in phase 1), and manage integration across multiple digital health partners. The role will also involve mentoring a analytics team and ensuring the success of health informatics initiatives that enable longitudinal data storage, hyper-personalized customer journeys, and value-based health interventions .

KRA:-

1. EHR (Coaching Tool) Development & Deployment

- Drive the development and deployment of the EHR-linked health coaching tool.
- Develop and implement use-case journeys for chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.
- Ensure successful platform deployment, customer onboarding and adoption.

2. Longitudinal Data Integration & Health Record Digitization

- Integrate data from multiple sources, including diagnostic laboratories, wearable devices, health coaches and digital health partners.
- Enable longitudinal storage and consolidation of customer health records.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and quality across platforms.
- Automate health data ingestion and integration processes.

3. Clinical Insights & Risk Stratification Dashboards

- Develop clinical analytics frameworks and dashboards to track risk movement, chronic disease cohort trends and changes in laboratory parameters.




- Generate actionable insights to support clinical and business decision-making.
- Provide customized analytics and reporting to internal business teams.

4. Hyper-Personalized Journey Activation

- Design and operationalize personalized health journeys for chronic disease cohorts.
- Leverage health data and behavioural segmentation to drive targeted interventions and customer engagement.
- Monitor customer adherence to assigned health actions and measure journey effectiveness.

5. Team Management & Stakeholder Collaboration

- Lead, mentor and develop the analytics team.
- Collaborate with internal business teams, technology teams and external digital health partners to drive integrations and analytics initiatives.
- Manage integration and analytics requests, ensuring timely delivery of insights and solutions.
- Conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions with internal teams.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Experience in Health Informatics, Digital Health, Healthcare Analytics, Clinical Informatics or Healthcare IT.
- Exposure to EHR/EMR platforms, healthcare data management and digital health solutions.
- Understanding of healthcare data integration, APIs and interoperability standards such as HL7/FHIR.
- Experience in clinical analytics, dashboards, risk stratification and chronic disease management.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
