HEAD - STEEL STRUCTURES

Job Purpose To lead the engineering, fabrication, procurement coordination, and erection of structural steel works across industrial, commercial, high-rise, manufacturing, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead structural steel engineering and design activities.
- Oversee fabrication, transportation, and erection of steel structures.
- Manage project schedules, quality, safety, and productivity.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Drive cost control, budgeting, and commercial management.
- Lead and mentor engineering and execution teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Master's Degree preferred.

Experience

- 18-25 years of structural steel engineering and construction experience.
- Minimum 10 years in leadership roles.
