Job Title: R&D; Manager - Food Color, Synthetic Copper and Organic Chemistry

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead research and development initiatives for synthetic copper compounds and their applications.

- Oversee the development of food colorants based on phthalocyanine and other organic chemistry principles.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products from concept to market.

- Conduct experiments and analyze data to optimize synthesis processes and product formulations.

- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all R&D; activities.

- Mentor and train junior scientists and researchers in organic chemistry techniques.

Qualifications:

- Education:

- MSc/BSc/PhD in Organic Chemistry or a related field.

- Experience:

- Proven experience in R&D; within the chemical or food industry,



particularly with synthetic copper and food colorants.

- Familiarity with phthalocyanine chemistry and its applications.

- Skills:

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and project management abilities.

- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and instrumentation relevant to organic chemistry.

Preferred Attributes:

- Innovative mindset with a passion for developing sustainable and safe chemical products.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Strong publication record or patents in relevant fields is a plus.

Pay: ₹414,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
