Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head - Retail Leasing to lead our retail leasing division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all retail leasing activities, developing and executing strategic leasing plans, driving revenue growth, and ensuring optimal occupancy across our retail portfolio.

This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the retail real estate market, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive retail leasing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and financial targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the retail leasing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Identify, attract, and secure high-quality retail tenants, including national and international brands, to enhance the tenant mix and value of our properties.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to identify new opportunities and inform leasing decisions.
- Negotiate complex lease agreements, renewals, and expansions,



ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company while maintaining solid tenant relationships.
- Prepare and manage leasing budgets, financial forecasts, and performance reports, ensuring accountability for achieving revenue and occupancy goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, brokers, consultants, and internal departments (e.g., asset management, marketing, legal, operations).
- Oversee the entire leasing process from initial inquiry to lease execution and tenant onboarding, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and materials to attract prospective tenants.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure all leasing activities comply with legal requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance market presence and generate leads.
