Reporting To: COO & Group Manufacturing Head

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Plastic Technology, Plastic Processing Technology, or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 1520 years in precision injection-moulded automotive component manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead Production Planning & Control (PPC) activities across all three divisions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and 12-month rolling production and capacity plans.
- Monitor production schedules, customer deliveries, and planned vs. actual performance.
- Manage raw material planning, inventory control, and material availability.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchase, Warehouse, Dispatch, and Industrial Engineering teams.




- Ensure effective utilization of machine capacity, manpower, and other resources.
- Manage SAP MRP, TOC Flow production planning, and inventory levels.
- Identify production bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and improve delivery performance.
- Prepare MIS reports and support S&OP; activities.

Required Skills: Robust expertise in PPC, SAP MRP, capacity planning, material planning, inventory control, MS Excel, and cross-functional coordination. Experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing is preferred.
