- Oversee end-to-end plant and business operations, ensuring efficient production planning, execution, and timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Manage manufacturing operations across automotive seating, sheet metal, trim, and related automotive component divisions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, optimize resources, and enhance productivity.
- Lead plant operations, production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Drive P&L; management, budgeting, cost control, capacity utilization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards, customer requirements, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with OEM customers and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction, quality performance, and delivery commitments.
- Lead new plant setup, manufacturing readiness,



and operational ramp-up wherever applicable.
- Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and process improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
- Drive business growth, develop leadership teams, and ensure achievement of production and profitability targets.

- Proven experience in senior manufacturing leadership, such as Plant Head, Operations Head, Business Head, or Manufacturing Head.
- Strong exposure to automotive seating manufacturing; experience in sheet metal and trim operations is highly desirable.
- Experience in plant operations, production management, quality, cost optimization, and customer management.
- Strong leadership, team management, and operational excellence capabilities.
- Experience with Korean automotive companies is preferred for the Seat Division prospect.
- Willingness to work at Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, or travel/work across North and West India, depending on the position.
