Role Summary: Oversee day-to-day business operations across the group and keep every function running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement, warehouse, logistics and supply chain
- Coordinate across departments (sales, accounts, HR, dispatch)
- Streamline processes, reduce costs and improve turnaround time
- Ensure quality, regulatory and documentation compliance
- Track KPIs and present performance reports to management
- Lead and mentor team leads and staff
Requirements: Graduate/MBA; pharma or distribution experience preferred; robust planning, problem-solving and ERP/Excel skills. Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
