Role Description

1.The Head of Training – Mechanical Design (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, ANSYS) will lead and manage all training activities at the Thane campus, based on-site in Mumbai.

2.This full-time role involves planning and delivering training programs, supervising trainers, and ensuring high-quality instruction across mechanical design software courses.

3.The position includes designing curricula and training materials, conducting classes and workshops when needed, and monitoring learner progress and feedback.

1. The Head of Training will coordinate scheduling, maintain training standards, and collaborate on recruiting and onboarding trainers and support staff.

5.The role also requires regular interaction with learners, industry partners, and internal stakeholders to keep course content updated and aligned with current industry practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Training Management and Training, with experience overseeing multiple programs or batches.




- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage schedules, resources, and documentation efficiently.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Instructional Design, including curriculum development and creation of training materials for mechanical design software.
- Proficiency in mechanical design tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, and ANSYS is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a senior training, academic Trainer, or training center management role is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, ability to mentor diverse learners, and readiness to work in office in Mumbai on a full-time basis are required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
