Role Summary: Lead and scale retail operations across all outlets, ensuring smooth operations, robust sales and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end operations and P&L; across all retail outlets
- Drive sales targets, footfall and customer experience
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with drug license, GST and statutory norms
- Build, lead and monitor store managers and field teams
- Set SOPs, MIS reporting and audit controls
Requirements: Graduate (MBA preferred); strong people management, analytical and negotiation skills; knowledge of pharmacy or retail systems and billing software. Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
