We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, and execution-driven Head of Academics to lead this transformation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Strategy & Course Development

Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of technology training programs. Research industry skill demands, employer expectations, and emerging career opportunities.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Placements, and industry experts to develop competitively positioned, employability-focused courses.

Standardize curricula, learning outcomes, course deliverables, assessments, and certifications.

1. Pedagogy & Learning Innovation

Design and implement experiential, interactive, and practical-oriented learning methodologies. Introduce gamification, storytelling, simulations, real-world problem-solving, project-based learning, and student participation.

Develop scalable learning models combining digital content with live practical mentoring.

Ensure consistent adoption of the approved pedagogy across courses and trainers.

1. Trainer Management & Academic Quality





Build and manage a strong network of internal trainers, external industry experts, mentors, and backup trainers. Develop trainer recruitment, evaluation, onboarding, enablement, and performance-monitoring frameworks.

Reduce excessive dependency on external trainers through internal capability development.

Establish academic quality standards and monitor learner competency, feedback, and training effectiveness.

1. Curriculum Transformation & Employability

Regularly update curricula based on industry trends and employer feedback. Strengthen practical exercises, industry projects, assessments, internships, hackathons, and capstone programs.

Collaborate with Placements to improve technical interview readiness and Career Readiness Index (CRI) outcomes.

Develop standardized academic workshops and experiential learning programs for college partnerships.

1. Academic Operations & Commercial Efficiency

Collaborate with Operations and Finance on trainer capacity, course scheduling requirements, batch viability, and delivery costs. Improve resource utilization, academic productivity, and training consistency without compromising quality.

Establish academic SOPs, performance dashboards, and measurable departmental KPIs.

Drive academic transformation initiatives with clear ownership, timelines, and demonstrable results.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Education, Management, or a related discipline.





Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably including academic or training leadership.

Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, trainer management, and academic quality assurance.

Strong understanding of technology training, employability, and modern learning methodologies.

Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital learning, AI tools, and experiential learning approaches.

Excellent leadership, planning, stakeholder management, and execution skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
