Role & responsibilities

- Manage monthly accounting, preparation of financial statements, GST and TDS compliance, advance tax calculations and income tax return filings.

- Oversee fund accounting, NAV verification and analysis, including management fee and performance fee verification.

- Handle vendor onboarding, contracts, invoices, payments and general vendor management.

- Maintain employee trading records, periodic disclosures and compliance with internal trading policies.

- Coordinate with fund accountants, trustees, auditors, investors, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables and effective internal controls.

- Handle investor onboarding, redemption processing, investor queries and complaint records.

- Coordinate statutory, PPM and cybersecurity audits, including cybersecurity gap assessment and implementation.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 310 years of relevant experience.

- Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation and financial reporting.

- Experience in AIFs, investment management or fund operations will be preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and attention to detail.
