Position Details

Head -Finance & Commercial

Job Purpose To lead the organizations finance, accounts, commercial operations, budgeting, financial planning, taxation, compliance, and working capital management. The role will drive financial discipline, cost optimization, business profitability, and effective commercial decision-making to support the organization’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and preparation of financial statements.
- Oversee accounting, statutory and internal audits, taxation, GST, TDS, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor revenue, profitability, operating expenses, working capital, receivables, payables, and fund utilization.
- Drive cost control, financial analysis, variance analysis,



and measures to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Manage commercial operations, including purchase and sales contracts, vendor negotiations, pricing, payment terms, and contract compliance.
- Oversee banking relationships, fund-based and non-fund-based facilities, working capital limits, and treasury operations.
- Establish effective internal controls, financial policies, risk management practices, and reporting systems.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, sales, supply chain, and other departments to align financial and commercial activities with business objectives.
- Lead and develop the finance, accounts, and commercial teams, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to senior management.
