Job Title: Head Engineering (UPS)

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead the engineering and R&D; team for end-to-end design and development of online UPS systems.

- Drive the design and development of single-phase and three-phase online double-conversion UPS products.

- Oversee rectifier, inverter, power-stage design, battery charging, battery sizing and protection systems.

- Ensure product performance, reliability, safety, and compliance through design validation and testing.

- Manage product development activities, including prototyping, design reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

- Coordinate with manufacturing and production teams to ensure smooth product industrialization and technical support.

- Manage BOM creation and maintenance in SAP, including engineering changes (ECR/ECN).

- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver engineering projects within defined timelines, quality standards, and cost targets.

- Evaluate emerging technologies in power electronics, solar hybrid inverters, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
