About the Role

Formix International India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced CFO to oversee financial strategy, financial planning, IPO, working capital, banking, taxation, compliance, and business profitability. The ideal candidate should have experience in trading, distribution, import-export, electronics, or the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

· Manage working capital, receivables, payables, and inventory funding.

· Handle banking relationships, trade finance, foreign exchange, and international transactions.

· Oversee accounting, GST, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.

· Develop monthly MIS reports, financial dashboards, and profitability analysis.





· Strengthen internal financial controls and optimize financial processes.

· Evaluate customer credit limits, supplier payment terms, and business profitability.

· Improve ERP-based financial reporting and support business expansion.

· Work closely with the Managing Director on financial strategy and business decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

· CA preferred; MBA in Finance is an added advantage.

· 15+ years of experience in finance, with substantial senior-level exposure.

· Strong experience in working capital, treasury, banking, taxation, and financial planning.

· Experience in import-export, trading, distribution, electronics, or semiconductors preferred.

· Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and leadership capabilities.
