Position: Head - Billing

Role: Lead Billing Department for All Hospitals + Central Audit & Cross-Check

Location: Head Office, Noida

Experience: 12-18 Years

Job Purpose:

To centrally lead, control and audit the entire Billing function for all hospitals of Rama Group. The person will be the final authority for billing accuracy, tariff control, revenue leakage prevention and cross-checking of all hospitals' billing.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Group Billing

Leadership

Will be overall Head of Billing Department for all hospitals.

Will lead, manage and mentor Billing Managers and billing teams across all units.

Will create a Central Billing Team at Corporate Office for monitoring & control

2.

Billing

Audit, Cross-Check & Revenue Assurance (Core Role)

Will daily cross-check and audit IPD / OPD / Emergency / TPA bills of all hospitals.

Will be responsible for detecting and stopping revenue leakage, over-billing, under-billing, discount misuse and package violations.

Will do surprise audits, final bill verification (high-value bills above Rs. 1 Lac) and OT / Pharmacy charge capture audits.

Will be the final approver for all refunds, discounts,



cancellations and credit notes.

3. Tariff, SOP & HIS Control

Will have complete control over Tariff Master, Package Master, Discount Policy and SOPs - No hospital can change tariff without his approval.

Will ensure uniform billing practices, SOPs and HIS implementation across all hospitals.

Will ensure 100% charge capture from OT, Lab, Radiology, Pharmacy, Consumables.

4. TPA / Insurance / Govt.

Schemes

Control

Will monitor and control entire TPA / Insurance / CGHS / ECHS / Ayushman billing, claim submission and collection.

Will track TPA aging, denials, deductions and ensure recovery with TPA team.

Will crosscheck pre-auth vs. final bill vs. claim amount.

5. MIS & Reporting to Management

Will directly report Daily Collection, Outstanding, TPA Aging, Discount & Refund, Leakage Report and Audit Findings to Top Management.

Will submit Weekly Revenue Assurance & Audit Report with corrective actions.

Desired Profile: Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Experience: 12-18 years in Hospital Billing.
