Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly and organized Gym Receptionist to manage front desk activities, welcome members, handle membership inquiries, coordinate appointments, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome gym members and visitors.
- Handle phone calls, membership inquiries, and walk-in customers.
- Explain membership plans, fees, and available facilities.
- Manage member registrations, renewals, and records.
- Schedule fitness consultations and appointments.
- Coordinate with trainers and gym management.




- Maintain attendance records and front desk documentation.
- Handle basic billing and payment entries.
- Follow up with prospective members regarding inquiries.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean and organized.
