is looking for experienced and service-oriented Guest Service Associates (GSA) to join our team in the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage Service departments. The ideal candidates should have positive communication skills, a professional attitude, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and hospitality service standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front Office

- Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Manage reservations, guest records, and front desk operations as assigned.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Maintain professional grooming and front office service standards.

2. Housekeeping

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
- Assist with room cleaning, bed making, and replenishment of guest amenities.
- Follow hotel housekeeping procedures and hygiene standards.
- Report maintenance issues and lost-and-found items to the concerned supervisor.
- Ensure guest requests are attended to promptly.

Food & Beverage Service

- Welcome guests and assist with seating arrangements.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of restaurant and service areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and service procedures.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service team members to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the respective department preferred.
- Previous hotel or resort experience is essential.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional grooming, a positive attitude, and a guest-focused approach.
- Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
