Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and ensure a warm, professional check-in and check-out experience.

- Handle guest reservations, room allocations, and billing procedures.

- Respond to guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly.

- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the hotel management system.

- Handle telephone calls, wake-up calls, and guest inquiries efficiently.

- Follow hotel policies, security procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.

- Freshers or candidates with relevant hotel experience may apply.

- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.





- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel management systems preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
