Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests warmly and professionally.
- Handle guest requests, enquiries, and provide relevant information.
- Ensure a pleasant and memorable guest experience throughout their stay.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve guest concerns.
- Maintain guest feedback records and support service improvements.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A pleasant personality with a guest-first attitude.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
