- Welcome and greet customers, channel partners, and visitors at the site office in a professional and courteous manner.

- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their property requirements.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer visits and site tours.

- Manage visitor registrations, maintain walk-in records, and update customer details in the CRM system.

- Handle incoming calls, customer inquiries, and basic project-related queries.

- Provide customers with preliminary information about the project, amenities, configurations, and available facilities.

- Coordinate site visits, customer meetings, and appointments with the sales team.

- Ensure the reception area and sample flat/site office are well-maintained and presentable.





- Follow up with visitors and coordinate with the sales team for further communication.

- Maintain daily visitor reports and share walk-in and site-visit updates with the reporting manager.

- Assist the sales team with customer events, project launches, and promotional activities at the site.

- Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain professional relationships with prospective buyers.
