About the Role

We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and hospitality-oriented candidate to join our real estate team as a Guest Relations & Acquisition Manager. Our company develops premium farmhouses, villas, and other real estate projects in Kalagarh, Uttarakhand. We have tie-ups with hotels across Uttarakhand to ensure a comfortable and premium experience for our clients during their project visits.

The candidate will accompany clients on project visits, coordinate their stay and travel arrangements, and ensure excellent hospitality throughout their visit. The role requires flexibility to travel to different project locations and stay there as needed.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

- Accompany clients during visits to our real estate projects, including farmhouses, villas, and other properties.
- Manage guest relations and provide a warm, qualified, and premium hospitality experience.
- Coordinate hotel bookings, accommodation, meals, transportation, and other guest requirements.
- Maintain coordination with hotel partners and ensure smooth hospitality arrangements.
- Assist clients throughout their project visits and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team regarding client visits, schedules,



and special requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hotel partners, and other stakeholders.
- Support client engagement and acquisition activities to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Be available to travel to Kalagarh and other project locations in Uttarakhand as per business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong guest-handling, relationship management, and coordination abilities.
- A professional, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
- Experience in hospitality, guest relations, hotel management, customer service, or client relationship management will be preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple client requirements and coordinate arrangements efficiently.
- Willingness to travel and stay at different locations as required.
- Flexibility to work according to client visit schedules.

Important Requirement The candidate must be comfortable travelling to different locations in Uttarakhand, particularly Kalagarh, and staying there whenever required for client visits and hospitality management.
