Guest Services and Communication

- Provide comprehensive information about hotel amenities, local attractions, events, and transport options.

- Fulfill special requests such as dining reservations, spa bookings, or local travel arrangements.

- Prepare welcome folders, amenity gifts, and personalized notes for repeat or high-profile guests.

- Complaint Resolution and Service Recovery

- Listen actively to guest complaints, handle grievances promptly, and coordinate immediate service recovery.

- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Guest Relations Manager or Front Office Manager when necessary.

- Cross-Departmental Coordination

- Liaise with housekeeping to track room readiness, cleaning status, and special setup requests.

- Coordinate with Food & Beverage (F&B;)



and the concierge for special dining or executive lounge requirements.

- Feedback and Record Keeping

- Collect ongoing guest feedback and conduct courtesy calls or departure interviews to gauge satisfaction.

- Log daily interactions, guest preferences, likes, dislikes, and incident reports into the hotel's property management system.

- Promote hotel loyalty programs and encourage positive online reviews.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
