The GTM in the Engineering Department is responsible for carrying out routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs of hotel equipment, machinery, electrical and plumbing fixtures, and other engineering-related facilities. The role ensures the smooth functioning of hotel operations by maintaining equipment and facilities in valuable working condition and responding promptly to maintenance requests.

Responsibilities:

- Carry out routine preventive maintenance and minor repair work in guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, staff areas, and other hotel facilities.

- Assist in the maintenance of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, refrigeration, and other engineering systems, as per qualifications and assigned duties.

- Report any major defects, equipment failures,



or recurring maintenance issues to the Engineering Supervisor or Chief Engineer.

- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and job completion reports as instructed by the supervisor.

Requirement:

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or a related technical trade preferred.

- Previous experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is preferred.

- Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and safety practices.

- Ability to identify and report maintenance issues.

- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
