Guest Service Associate (GSA) – Food &

- Beverage (F&B;)Position Summary The Restaurant GSA is responsible for greeting guests, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and serving guests promptly while maintaining high standards of hospitality, hygiene, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Relations &
- Welcome:

Greet arriving guests warmly, escort them to tables or lounge areas, and maintain a polite, customer-focused attitude throughout their visit.

- Menu Knowledge &

- Upselling:

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide suggestive selling and upselling.

- Order Taking &

- Service:

Take accurate food and drink orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system, coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff, and serve items in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
