This role asks you to build the playbook.

B.Bindi brings products made by rural women, self-help groups, and farmer producer organisations to customers across urban India. We're looking for an ambitious, hands-on Growth & Market Expansion Lead to take BBindi to the next level — both online and offline — working directly with the founding team.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD

- Retail & Distribution General Trade, Modern Trade, retail, wholesale, distributors, super-stockists, institutional sales — starting in Bengaluru, expanding to new cities. Your scoreboard: distribution, shelf visibility, revenue.
- Online & E-commerce Growth Website, product listings, online sales, traffic, conversions, social commerce. You don't need to code — you need to be comfortable running it.
- Digital Campaigns Meta & Google Ads, lead-gen and conversion campaigns. Comfortable with Reach → Clicks → Leads → Conversion → Sales → ROI.
- Full-Funnel Thinking Connect marketing to actual revenue across Awareness → Interest → Lead → Customer → Repeat Customer — not just likes and views.
- Relationships Retailers, distributors, super-stockists, institutional buyers, online platforms — trust that turns into long-term business.
- Market Intelligence Track competitors, pricing, trends — and tell us what to do about it, not just what happened.
- Test → Learn → Scale New products, formats, channels, and campaigns. Double down on what works; move quick from what doesn't.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR A Growth Builder, not just a Sales Manager.



3–7 years in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, D2C, or Startups. Ideally with experience in:

Building sales channels managing retailers/distributors e-commerce & website ownership Meta Ads & digital campaigns lead generation customer acquisition campaign & sales performance tracking market research The kind of person who thrives: Entrepreneurial, hands-on, commercially minded, curious, data-aware, relationship-driven, action-oriented, adaptable — someone who meets a distributor in the morning, checks online sales at noon, launches a Meta campaign in the afternoon, and comes back tomorrow with a new growth idea.

We're not looking for someone who wants to manage a territory. We're looking for someone who wants to build one.

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Admin, or related — but what you've built matters more than where you studied.
