Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and people-oriented Sales Intern who enjoys interacting with people, building relationships, and driving sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and persuasion skills and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment with weekly sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers and present CoSurj’s offerings.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Follow up with prospects and support the sales conversion process.

Participate in weekly sales cycles and work towards assigned sales targets.

Identify customer needs and communicate suitable solutions.

Maintain sales records, follow-up updates, and reports.





Collaborate with the team to improve sales performance and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Robust people skills, confidence, and persuasion abilities.

Good relationship-building and negotiation skills.

A proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach.

Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

Freshers with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
