Position Purpose:

To provide strategic leadership for the Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Brand Communication, Digital Marketing and Customer Relationship Management functions across the Healthcare Group.

The incumbent shall formulate and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive patient acquisition, enhance market share, strengthen brand equity, increase revenue, develop referral networks and support the organization's aggressive expansion plans, including commissioning of new hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy

- Develop and implement Group Marketing Strategy aligned with organizational business goals.
- Prepare annual marketing roadmap and strategic initiatives.
- Identify new growth opportunities across existing and upcoming hospitals.
- Develop market penetration strategies for new specialities and service lines.
- Monitor healthcare market trends and recommend strategic initiatives.

2. Business Development

- Drive patient acquisition across all hospitals.
- Develop corporate, institutional and insurance partnerships.
- Strengthen relationships with referring doctors and consultants.
- Identify current business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Lead community outreach initiatives.

3. Sales Leadership

- Develop annual sales targets for all hospitals.
- Monitor achievement of OPD, IPD and speciality-wise revenue.
- Lead corporate sales initiatives.
- Develop referral channels.
- Improve conversion ratio from enquiries to admissions.
- Monitor marketing ROI.

4. Brand Management





- Develop and strengthen the Group Brand.
- Ensure brand consistency across all hospitals.
- Lead ATL, BTL and TTL campaigns.

5. Digital Marketing

- Lead digital transformation of marketing.
- Monitor digital analytics.

6. Marketing Communication

- Develop integrated communication strategy.
- Manage media relations.
- Prepare corporate communication plans.
- Approve marketing collaterals.
- Lead public relations initiatives.
- Develop crisis communication framework.

7. Customer Experience & CRM

- Develop patient engagement strategies.
- Increase repeat business.

8. Doctor & Referral Marketing

- Build referral doctor engagement programmes.

9. New Hospital Launch & Greenfield Projects

- Prepare Go-to-Market strategy for new hospitals.
- Develop pre-launch and launch campaigns.
- Build brand awareness before commissioning.
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Team for launch planning.
- Develop catchment area strategy.
- Conduct demographic and competition mapping.

10. Market Intelligence

- Conduct competitor benchmarking.
- Analyse patient demographics.
- Identify emerging healthcare trends.
- Monitor pricing strategies.
- Develop market intelligence reports.

11. Budget Management

- Monitor budget utilization.
- Ensure optimum ROI.
- Evaluate agency performance.

12. Team Leadership

- Build high-performing marketing teams.
- Coach and mentor unit marketing heads.
- Develop succession plans.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Drive capability development.

Candidate Profile:

- 15-20 years of progressive experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
- Minimum 8-10 years in a leadership role within a multi-unit healthcare organization or hospital chain.
- Experience in managing marketing for multiple hospitals.
- Proven experience in Greenfield/Brownfield hospital projects.
- Exposure to digital transformation and healthcare branding.
