About the Role

We are looking for a well-groomed, soft-spoken, and experienced Grooming & Soft Skills Trainer to train our front desk executives, receptionists, and client-facing staff. The ideal candidate should have a background in airline cabin crew, aviation, hotel management, or hospitality, with practical experience in grooming, communication, and professional etiquette training.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct grooming and personality development sessions for front desk and client-facing staff.
- Train employees in professional appearance, personal grooming, body language, and workplace etiquette.
- Improve communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Teach professional telephone etiquette, client greetings, and appointment handling.
- Train staff to provide premium hospitality and a welcoming clinic experience.
- Develop soft skills, confidence, active listening, and interpersonal communication.
- Train employees to handle client complaints and difficult situations calmly and politely.
- Conduct mock sessions, role-plays, and practical assessments.
- Monitor employee improvement and provide constructive feedback.




- Prepare training materials and maintain training and performance records.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline; Aviation, Hospitality, or Hotel Management qualifications preferred.
- Previous experience as an Airline Cabin Crew Trainer, Grooming Trainer, Hospitality Trainer, or Soft Skills Trainer is preferred.
- Candidates with cabin crew experience and proven staff-training ability may also apply.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Soft-spoken, patient, confident, and professional personality.
- Strong knowledge of grooming standards, etiquette, body language, and client service.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; Punjabi is an added advantage.
