We are looking for a courteous and patient-focused Guest Relations Executive to welcome patients and visitors, provide guidance regarding hospital services, and ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout their hospital visit.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants at the hospital.

Guide patients to OPD clinics, consultation rooms, diagnostic departments, billing counters, and other facilities.

Provide information about doctors, appointments, hospital services, and facilities.

Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, front office, billing, and other departments to address patient needs.

Handle patient queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Monitor patient satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of concerns.

Assist Elderly Patients And Visitors Who Require Additional Support. Maintain guest interaction records and share feedback with the reporting manager.

Ensure skilled communication, patient confidentiality, and high standards of service.

Escalate complex complaints to the concerned department or supervisor.
