About the Role

Vikaki Enterprises is an EHS (Environment, Health &

- Safety) Staffing &
- Solutions firm. It is looking for a Graphic Designer who can do more than make things look good. This role sits at the heart of Vikaki's integrated marketing campaigns. You will take technical subject matter, such as safety standards, compliance, processes and workplace health, and turn it into clear, compelling visual stories that inform as well as engage.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualise and design creative assets for integrated campaigns across digital and print — posters, emailers, web and social banners, presentations, brochures and event collaterals.

- Translate technical EHS topics, safety data and service information into simple, engaging visual concepts (infographics, explainers, visual frameworks) that make the message easy to grasp.

- Work closely with marketing, content and subject-matter teams to understand the brief, the audience and the core message before designing.

- Develop multiple creative routes for campaigns and refine them based on feedback.

- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and contribute to evolving brand guidelines.

- Use AI tools within the design workflow to speed up ideation, image generation, editing and iterations — while ensuring final output meets quality and brand standards.

- Create and edit short-form videos and motion assets for social media and campaigns (where applicable).

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within timelines.

- Prepare final files for print and digital, following correct specifications.

Must-Have Skills &





- Experience

- 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency, B2B, EHS/industrial, tech or marketing-led environment.

- Strong portfolio showing campaign work and examples of simplifying complex or technical information visually.

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva.

- Hands-on comfort with AI design tools (e.g.

Adobe

Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI or similar) as part of day-to-day workflow.

- Solid grasp of layout, typography, colour and visual hierarchy.

- Ability to understand a brief, ask the right questions and think conceptually — not just execute.

- Good communication skills and openness to feedback.

Good to Have

- Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar).

- Basic motion graphics or animation.

- Experience designing infographics, explainer content or data visualisations.

- Familiarity with Figma or InDesign.

- Work from office at Bapu Nagar, Jaipur.

- Flexible WFH days per month, as discussed and agreed with the reporting manager.

- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur are preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
