We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with strong Adobe InDesign expertise to create high-quality visual and layout design for eLearning courses, learning resources and client deliverables. You will own design quality across projects, work closely with instructional design and development teams, and deliver work for international enterprise and government clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and lay out learning materials, guides, handbooks, workbooks and print/digital documents in Adobe InDesign.
- Create visual assets for eLearning — screen designs, templates, icons, illustrations, infographics and characters.
- Translate storyboards and instructional content into clear, engaging visual designs.
- Develop and maintain visual style guides and templates in line with client branding.
- Prepare multi-page and multilingual layouts, including localisation-ready files for international clients.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and maintain consistent quality.
- Review and guide work of junior designers and interns where required.

Must-Have Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- InDesign: Hands-on, proven experience with Adobe InDesign (master pages,



paragraph/character styles, long-document layouts, print and digital export).
- Design tools: Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Visual skills: Excellent command of layout, typography, colour, hierarchy and composition.
- Language: Good written and verbal communication in English.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing InDesign layout work and visual design.

Added Advantage
- Experience in eLearning, EdTech or corporate L&D; design.
- Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise or Adobe Captivate.
- Experience with Figma, Adobe After Effects or motion graphics.
- Experience working with international clients or multilingual content.
