The Opportunity

We're looking for a creative thinker with a strong eye for design, a passion for social media and the ability to turn ideas into engaging digital experiences.

If you can create scroll-stopping visuals, edit compelling videos, spot emerging trends and use performance insights to improve content, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Graphic Design: Create social media posts, carousels, posters, website banners, digital advertisements, promotional creatives and brand assets, maintaining visual consistency across platforms.
- Video Editing: Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, product videos and promotional content using relevant editing tools, transitions, subtitles and motion graphics.
- Social Media Management: Develop and manage content calendars, plan campaigns, write captions and CTAs, schedule posts, and manage content execution across relevant platforms.
- Trend Research: Identify emerging social media trends, viral formats, competitor strategies and audience preferences to develop fresh, relevant content that drives reach and engagement.
- Campaigns & Analytics: Monitor reach, impressions, engagement, shares, saves,



clicks and conversions; analyse performance and recommend improvements to content and campaigns.
- Creative Innovation: Experiment with new design concepts, storytelling techniques and AI-powered creative tools to improve content quality and effectiveness.

Required Skills & Tools

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
- Valuable video editing skills using CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Understanding of design fundamentals, typography, colour theory, branding and visual storytelling.
- Hands-on knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and relevant social media analytics tools.
- Ability to create content calendars, research trends and interpret performance metrics.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager and AI-powered creative tools is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing and social media campaigns.
- Experience with FinTech, payment gateways, digital payments, SaaS or technology brands will be an advantage.
- Understanding of paid campaigns, A/B testing, website banners and conversion-focused creatives.
- Strong creative thinking, communication skills and the ability to manage tasks independently in a work from home environment.
