Key Responsibilities

- Design creative layouts, advertisements, brochures, signage, logos, packaging, and other branding materials for print and digital platforms.

- Develop engaging creatives for social media, Meta and Google Ads, website banners, blogs, SEO visuals, and e-commerce marketplace infographics.

- Maintain brand consistency across all designs, ensuring uniformity in typography, colors, layouts, and visual identity.

- Prepare print-ready artwork with accurate bleed, margins, crop marks, resolution, and color settings, ensuring compliance with printing requirements.

- Conduct pre-press checks and coordinate with printing and production teams to ensure quality output, appropriate materials, and suitable finishing techniques.

- Interpret creative briefs, translate concepts into effective visual designs, and refine artwork based on feedback and project requirements.

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, meeting deadlines, and staying updated with the latest design trends, digital advertising formats, and printing technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 23 years of qualified graphic design experience, preferably in the printing,



advertising, packaging, or branding industry.

- Strong working knowledge of CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator; good proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with Adobe InDesign considered an added advantage.

- Strong understanding of offset, digital, and large-format printing processes, including print-ready artwork preparation, pre-press checks, and production requirements.

- Knowledge of packaging design, dielines, product labels, signage, and other branding materials is preferred.

- Familiarity with Meta and Google Ads creative formats, website graphics, e-commerce creatives, and marketplace listing images.

- Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.

- Strong attention to detail, creativity, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating with internal teams.

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. Candidates with relevant practical experience will also be considered.
