Role Summary In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging creatives and managing social media platforms for ARA's Client. They will play a key role in enhancing the brand's online presence and driving engagement through innovative content.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging creatives for social media, digital ads, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.




- Create social media posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.
- Write engaging captions, headlines, and creative content.
- Plan and execute social media content calendars.
- Stay updated with design trends, social media trends, and viral content.
- Coordinate with internal teams, influencers, and content creators.
- Analyze social media metrics to improve content strategy.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
- Strong creative thinking and good design aesthetics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of social media management and content creation.
- Good copywriting and storytelling skills.

Nice to Have

- Basic video editing skills.
- A BA in English Literature.
- Experience in managing influencer collaborations.
