DDZYN360 is a creative visualization company specializing in 3D visualization, architectural scale models, immersive digital experiences, and visual communication. We work on creating compelling visual experiences and marketing assets for real estate projects, brands, and corporate clients.

We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented, and creatively driven Graphic Designer who combines excellent design fundamentals with modern AI-powered creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Create premium, professional, and visually compelling designs for corporate branding, marketing campaigns, and digital communication.
- Design brochures, flyers, invitations, presentations, social media creatives, digital advertisements, emailers, standees, hoardings, and other marketing collaterals.
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, typography, colour palettes, and visual styles aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Composite and enhance 3D architectural renders in Adobe Photoshop through advanced masking, image integration, colour correction, lighting adjustments, retouching, and visual refinement.
- Integrate AI-generated imagery and creative assets into skilled design workflows to achieve high-quality, commercially usable results.
- Use AI tools to explore creative concepts, generate visual elements, enhance images, create backgrounds, and accelerate design production.
- Adapt creative assets across multiple platforms, sizes, and formats while maintaining visual consistency.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and digital deliverables according to technical specifications.
- Collaborate with the 3D visualization, marketing, and project teams to develop creative solutions and deliver projects on schedule.
- Stay updated with current design trends, emerging AI tools, and innovative visual communication techniques.

Essential Skills & Software Proficiency Adobe Photoshop — Excellent command





- Advanced image compositing, masking, retouching, and image manipulation.
- Colour correction, lighting enhancement, and creative refinement.
- Experience working with architectural renders and photographic elements is highly desirable.

Adobe Illustrator — Excellent command

- Vector graphics, typography, layouts, icons, illustrations, and branding elements.
- Ability to create clean, scalable, professional design assets.

Canva — Strong proficiency

- Creating polished marketing creatives, social media assets, presentations, and editable design templates.
- Efficient adaptation of designs across multiple formats.

Core design skills

- Strong understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, colour theory, composition, spacing, and brand consistency.
- A refined aesthetic sense and the ability to create professional, contemporary, and visually engaging designs.
- Excellent attention to detail and finishing quality.

AI Integration & Emerging Creative Technologies We believe AI can significantly enhance creative exploration, visual quality, and production efficiency. We are looking for a designer who can integrate AI meaningfully into the creative process.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered image generation, image editing, and creative enhancement tools.
- Ability to use AI for concept development, mood boards, visual exploration, background generation, object replacement, and image enhancement.
- Experience combining AI-generated elements with Photoshop and Illustrator to produce cohesive, polished designs.
- Ability to use AI to enhance 3D architectural renders, improve visual storytelling, and explore creative directions efficiently.
- Willingness to experiment with emerging tools, develop new workflows, and continuously improve creative output.

Familiarity with Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill,



Midjourney, ChatGPT image generation, or similar AI-powered tools will be an advantage. We value designers who combine strong creative fundamentals, independent thinking, and intelligent AI integration to deliver exceptional results — not those who rely on AI alone.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign for brochures, catalogues, and multipage layouts.
- Familiarity with Figma for interface layouts and collaborative design.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing, motion graphics, and animated creatives.
- Experience in real estate, architecture, hospitality, lifestyle, branding, or corporate marketing.
- Experience working in a design agency, creative studio, or marketing agency will be preferred.
