Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Technical & Process Operations

- Assist in monitoring chemical processes and terminal operations
- Support process optimization, yield improvement, and cost reduction initiatives
- Participate in commissioning, trials, and scale-up of chemical processes
- Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and batch records

2. Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Support implementation of Quality Management Systems (ISO/GMP/REACH as applicable)
- Assist in quality checks, audits, and regulatory documentation
- Ensure adherence to EHS guidelines, safety protocols, and statutory norms

3. Production & Maintenance Coordination
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Track downtime, analyze root causes, and support corrective actions
- Assist in production planning and inventory control

4. Cross-Functional Exposure
- Work with supply chain, procurement, R&D;, and marketing teams
- Support vendor evaluation, raw material sourcing, and logistics coordination
- Contribute to customer technical support and documentation

5. Reporting & Improvement Projects
- Prepare MIS reports on quality, safety,



and efficiency
- Participate in Continuous Improvement projects

- Strong understanding of chemical processes and unit operations
- Basic knowledge of EHS and quality systems
