Role Summary:

Assist in hydraulic valve assembly and production work.

Learn about hydraulic valves and other components.

Help seniors with basic engineering drawings.

Carry out pressure and leakage tests under guidance.

Check parts and report any defects.

Record test results and maintain documents.

Support daily work as assigned by the senior engineer.

Maintain cleanliness and follow safety rules on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.

Perform in-process inspections using verniers, micrometers, gauges, etc.

वर्नियर, माइक्रोमीटर, गेज आदि से इन-प्रोसेस निरीक्षण करना

Maintain machine cleanliness and adhere to 5S practices.

मशीन की साफ-सफाई और 5S का पालन करना

Report any defects, tool wear, or machine malfunctions.

किसी भी डिफेक्ट, टूल वियर या मशीन समस्या की रिपोर्ट करना

Meet production targets and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

Education

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or a related engineering field (preferred).

Experience

Fresher or up to 1 year. Training will be given.

Technical Skills

Basic understanding of engineering drawings and mechanical components. Interest in hydraulics.

Computer Skills

Basic MS Office (Excel and Word).

Languages

Gujarati, Hindi and English (basic spoken and written).

Skills

Willingness to learn, attention to detail, discipline, teamwork and safety awareness.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
