Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Job Summary

- Arise Web Technology is looking for a Google Ads Associate with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Google Ads, keyword research, campaign optimization, and performance tracking. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and able to improve ad performance to achieve better results within the given budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research to find the right keywords for advertising.
- Analyze competitors to understand their advertising strategies.
- Write and improve ad copies to attract more customers.
- Manage bids and advertising budgets to get better results.
- Monitor campaign performance, including CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPC (Cost Per Click), and conversions.




- Track campaign results and check whether ads are meeting their goals.
- Prepare regular performance reports using data and MS Excel.
- Suggest improvements to increase campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
- Work on search, display, and video advertising campaigns.

Required Skills

- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Keyword Research, Conversion Tracking
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Good knowledge of campaign structure and bidding strategies
- Ability to analyze data and solve problems
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to manage advertising budgets and complete tasks on time

Eligibility Criteria

- 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in Google Ads.
- good understanding of how Google Ads campaigns work.
- Ability to monitor campaign performance and make improvements.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A diploma is preferred.
