Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented HR leader to drive HR operations, industrial relations, corporate governance, and workforce effectiveness in a manufacturing workplace. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent analytical skills, and the potential to progress to the Head of HR position within the next 3–4 years.

Key Requirements:

- Strong experience in HR Generalist, HR Business Partner (HRBP), and Corporate HR functions.
- Excellent knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR), labour laws, Factory Acts, and statutory compliance.
- Strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations,



corporate governance, and workforce management.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong business understanding, strategic thinking, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on cost optimization, productivity, and business efficiency.
- Experience in the steel manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Good understanding of Telugu is required.
