One Stop Immigration Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead multi-branch operations, manage teams and drive business growth in the immigration and overseas recruitment industry.

Responsibilities:

- Manage operations across multiple branches.

- Lead branch heads and department teams.

- Develop business growth strategies and achieve targets.

- Monitor KPIs, team performance and operational efficiency.

- Improve processes and implement standard operating procedures.

- Oversee visa processing, documentation and client escalations.

- Build relationships with international employers and recruitment partners.

- Prepare management reports and support new branch expansion.

Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience.

- Solid experience in immigration, visa consultancy or overseas recruitment.

- Proven multi-branch and team management skills.

- Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills.

- MBA/PGDM qualification required.

- Fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
