GENERAL MANAGER – OPERATIONS (Retail Textile Outlet)

Candidates are preferred from the retail textile industry only.

1. THE POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a high-caliber General Manager – Operations to oversee the end-to-end execution and discipline of 3 retail outlets. This is a pure operations leadership role.

2. CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

- Total Experience: Minimum 15 Years.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 3–5 Years as a GM – Operations / Head of Ops / Regional Operations Head.
- Industry: Open (Retail, Hospitality, Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Competency: Must have a proven track record of managing multi-unit/multi-location operations.
- Reporting Experience: Must be experienced in managing other high-level Managers (not just junior staff).

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:





Multi-Outlet Governance: Ensure all 3 outlets function with 100% consistency and discipline.

Direct Reporting Line: The GM will lead and manage:

Store Managers (Operational flow)

HR Manager (Manpower discipline, recruitment execution, attendance)

Marketing & Brand Managers (On-ground execution of campaigns)

SOP Enforcement: Drafting, implementing, and auditing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Execution Mastery: Translating the MD’s vision into ground-level reality.

4. REMUNERATION & PROCESS

- Salary: up to 1 Lakh + Advantages.
- Joining: Immediate to 30 days preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 per month
